You can't spell "Comfy" without "Fy"....wait....what?
Hung out in The Glen with Sarah after doing a bit of shopping. Ended up at this wee secret ruin. Climbed the ruins a bit (lost my camera doing a super awesome swinging maneuver on a rock but went back and found it later)
I took some photos and made a panoramic. Photoshopped it pretty well considering the bottom photo is at a different angle.

Sackled
The 2nd day of the Peacock rally saw silly games including Tug of War, Sack Race and 3 Legged Race. Gail and I got into the finals of the 3 legged race but managed to lose stride in the final and not only did we fall but we snapped the tie that binded our legs.
Shackled headlined at night with Andy Chung supporting us. A good night was had by all!
25th June 2010 - Peacock Rally
Definately our biggest set yet!
Here's a picture of Riding Hard Thunderbeard holding our setlist for The 1st Annual Peacock Rally. Definately our biggest setlist yet! We even through in The Kids Aren't Alright despite out tendency to butcher it. The gig was a belter and the encore was a banger! The crowd were superb with folk dancing to Ramones, going mental for Duct Tape and just going aff their heeds to Surfing Bird. Hope to be back next year!

Short Sighted
Went to Vision Express for an eye test as my current glasses are fucked and I felt my eye sight has been worse lately. This decision was a bit short sighted (pun intended) as they slapped a big fucking bill on it cause I'm not on jobseekers but I've made a new claim for jobseekers now and they've promised me a refund if I provide my jobseeker proof.
They took a picture of my retina, but they wouldn't let me keep it :( Here's one from google

Blue skies and long lies
Today was just a great day! Gorgeous weather, gorgeous company, hanging out the in the glen under a tree. Should've snapped a pic in the glen but I didn't so I snapped this one on the route home. See if you can guess where this is. It was at the point I realised "that sky looks really nice" For a driving snapshot it's not too blurred too!

Now I wanna sniff some glue!
Now I wanna have something to do!
Now I wanna sniff some glue is the caption underneath the picture of the shark which I saw on a piece of paper in the college as I went in today to hand in my Graded Unit. Also while looking for a pen I discovered the rather artistic white board!

Take my breath awaaaaaay
Defenestrators practise was brutal. My lungs are gunky from illness and everyone was feeling rough. Needless to say vocals were not in top form. I took my keyboard though for some keyboard shredding on Motorbate, Inside Her and This Town. Rab said we were sounding tight too, coming from him I take that as a great compliment.

Uploading Download
SeewhatIdidthere?
After the journey home I showered and washed all my manky clothes and camping gear then proceeded to upload all the photos to facebook and update this blog (still in the process of course)
Here are 4 awesome photos from Download 2010, the last one was taken in Napalm Death's moshpit.

Download Day 5
Bands seen:
Saxon
Cinderella
Napalm Death
Slash
Billy Idol
Motorhead

- Suicidal Tendencies NOT playing Institutionalised.
- Saxon being a surprisingly amazing band
- Cinderella being also very good
- Me being drunk as fuck during the two aforementioned bands
- Napalm Death's moshpit with Dougie and Mouse
- Somehow managing to get a photo of us in the Napalm Death pit
- Lemmy singing with Slash
- Proper hardcore moshing and singing along to War Inside My Head, Can't Bring Me Down, Cyco Vision and Possessed to Skate by Suicidal Tendencies!

- Getting "rubbered" after being hit on the head with giant green balls at Lawnmower Deth

Download - Day 2
Spent quite a bit of time in the village, and plenty time drinking. Ended up going for beer run number 2 to ASDA out of my face. Got more sleeping bags and pillows and a ridiculous amount of beer on 3 for £20. Then Mouse, Dougie, Jenny, Vicky and myself snuck off for a meal in a pub where I braved a chicken tikka masala! Then back to camp to tank more beers! Doug got a beer bong too which was was just mental banter.

Download - Day 1
Arrived at Donington after a healthy car journey, then fired off to the Orange camp to pitch our tents and build a wee commune, then sent a few guys on a beer run. The trek to the car park was hellish but we did get pitched close to the car parks in comparison to the other camps. We also got a couple of gazebos fired up, then got plastered!

Napalm Death
This will be my last blog post before our trip to Donnington where I should have some interesting pics. Tonight Craggus, Mouse, Doug, Alan, Keith, Rachael, Gemma, Sam, Jay, Dougie and Eggy all went to Nando's for a big nosh up and to discuss plans for Download tomorrow! I had an Extra Hot half peri peri chicken with Extra EXTRA hot peri peri sauce! Facemelting!

Burn Baby Burn
This is a burn in Wilson Street in Kirkcaldy at a play park me and my sister used to frequently play at as children where we would often jump the burn. Reason I was hear today was to go and meet with the lovely people from Fife Society For the Blind to apply for a volunteer post as a web content editor to get some EXP and something good to write on my CV (which lately people keep telling me is already pretty awesome yet once they meet me they won't give me the job, what's that about?)
